The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) More Like Home Repair and Renew Loan Program offers below market-rate loans of up to $50,000 to eligible Wisconsin homeowners for qualifying home repairs. 

Eligible work includes repair or replacement of roofs, windows, exterior doors, and heating/electrical/plumbing systems. The loan can also be used to remove environmental contaminants such as lead paint, asbestos, and mold.
