This program offers a 0% interest, deferred payment second mortgage loan of up to $35,000 to be used for qualifying home repairs. This loan is due back if the home is sold, ownership changes, or if the home is no longer owner-occupied.

Participants must be Brown County homeowners below 80% AMI. Additionally, the unit must be three-units or less, have been owned for at least one year or have equivalent equity, have all code violations correct, but be current on property taxes and mortgage loan, and have flood insurance if located in a floodplain.
