The Home Energy Plus (HE+) HVAC Program  is a year-round program that provides help to households when the primary heating system needs repairs. 

When you apply, Wisconsin’s Energy Assistance Program will verify your eligibility and then refer you to a local Weatherization agency. Homeowners under 60% SMI who do not have a functioning primary heating system may be eligible. Review income guidelines here.
