Save on your water bill

The Pittsburgh Water Bill Discount Program provides eligible participants the first 1,000 gallons of water and wastewater conveyance for free plus an 85% discount on the stormwater fee. To be eligible, you must be a Pittsburgh Water customer whose income is less than 200% of the federal poverty level.

To apply, complete the registration form here. You can also download and complete the PDF form and send it via email to cares@pgh2o.com or via mail to Pittsburgh Water (address can be found here). Once your application has been submitted, a PGH2O Cares Representative will contact you within 2 business days.
