Westmoreland County offers low-cost loans to fix up your house

The Westmoreland County Housing Authority Weatherization Program provides funds for the rehabilitation of homes that are code deficient and may need a new roof or new HVAC.

Eligible participants must own and live in Westmoreland County and have a household income less than 200% of the county's AMI. You can check the income thresholds on the PDF application found here.

To apply, download the PDF application found here along with proof of income, proof of ownership, and liquid assets declaration. Mail the completed application to the Westmoreland County Rehab Program in Greensburg, PA. The address can be found on the application.
