The Washington County Home Rehabilitation Program offers loans to low and moderate income homeowners to make repairs and improvements to their properties.

​​Eligible participants must own and occupy a residence in Washington County and have a household income less than or equal to 80% of the Pittsburgh metro area median income. This income level is determined by HUD and changes based on the household size. You can check income limits here. Additionally, the home value must not exceed $209,000 after improvements are made. 

To apply, print and fill out the pre-application form and return it by mail. After the pre-application form is received, you will be contacted by the Washington County Redevelopment Authority to notify you if you will receive assistance.
