Savings for women, infants & children

WIC helps you get healthy food and formula for your children

The Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infant & Children (WIC) helps families with kids up to age 5 access healthy foods like infant formula, fruits, vegetables, and cereals. You can also get WIC if you’re pregnant. For families with infants, you can also get health & immunization screenings, and counseling on breastfeeding through WIC.

See if you qualify

How It Works

You get money each month on an EBT card, which works like a debit card at the grocery checkout. Qualifying food items will have a “WIC” stamp marked on the package or shelf. How much you get will depend on your household size, income, and nutritional needs.
