What you’ll need to use this

A WorkMoney account
Information about your cable or cell phone bill. Everyone is different but generally, you’ll need the name of the person the bill goes to and the account number, address, and phone number of your cable or cell provider (all of this is usually on your bill).

Step 1

Step 2

Click "WMBillFixers" and the calculator will pop up on your screen.

Step 3

This is what WMBillFixers looks like. You’ll start by choosing your provider and then follow the prompts so the team can start negotiating.

Step 4

Once you upload your info, the team will get started. You’ll automatically get emails when the negotiations start, if the team needs more info, and when the negotiating is complete. But you can always sign in to your account to get updates.
